Experience, Skills

 

·        Agency or in-house creative leader (5+ years)

·        Experience leading, mentoring and building teams (5+ years)

·        Knowledge of Social Media platforms, Digital Marketing and Content Development

·        Active listening, understanding and interpretation of client objectives

·        Conceptual thinking, thirst for knowledge and a passion for creative storytelling

·        Ability to work independently and as a group

·        Strong verbal and written communication

 

 

Creative

 

·        Interact with clients, defining creative direction and pitching ideas that meet business objectives

·        Lead team ideation and content development from client brief to final production

·        Champion the work, inspire the team, evolve the process and elevate the creative vision

·        Articulate ideas to peers, leadership, clients and external partners

·        Concept shoots, develop assets, manage budget, select talent and inspire cohesive storytelling

·        Own campaign launches and manage extensions across all deliverables

·        Proactively explore social media landscape and creative methods to inspire/elevate the work

·        Proactively ideate and generate concepts with the greater team

·        Welcome new creative challenges that require out-of-the-box solutions

 

 

Leadership

 

·        Provide thought leadership, coach, mentor and grow creative talent

·        Clear communication with key internal and external stakeholders

·        Collaborate with senior leadership to create best practices and process

·        Accountability with budgets, deadlines and client relationships
